This page explains how to request deletion of your SalesExchange account and associated data, as required by Google Play.

How to request account deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

• The email address associated with your SalesExchange account
• Your display name (if available)

We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before deleting data.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete the following data associated with your account:

• Account email address
• Display name / profile information
• Account identifiers used to operate the service
• Associated activity records linked to your account

Data retention

Certain records may be retained for up to 30 days for:

• Fraud prevention and security
• Legal and regulatory compliance
• Billing verification (if applicable)

After the retention period, remaining personal data is permanently deleted.
