Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SalesExchange by Inside Sales Manager™ mobile application (the “Application”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
The Application (including code, workflows, databases, UI/UX, graphics, content, and documentation) is the exclusive property of Sandiver Publishing and is protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users.
3. License Grant
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4. Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, or modify the Application; reverse engineer or extract source code; use it to build or support a competing product; remove notices; or misuse it for unlawful activities.
5. User Data Ownership
Users retain ownership of User Data. Users grant a limited license to store, process, transmit, and display User Data only to operate, maintain, and improve the Application. Sandiver Publishing does not sell User Data.
6. Feedback
Suggestions or feedback may be used without restriction or compensation and are not confidential.
7. Third-Party Contributions
Contractors and contributors provide work under agreements assigning intellectual property rights to Sandiver Publishing (or as work-made-for-hire where allowed).
8. Trademarks
SalesExchange by Inside Sales Manager™ and associated branding are trademarks of Sandiver Publishing. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations. Upon termination, all licenses immediately cease.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandiver Publishing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Sandiver Publishing is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
